• The combined gross income of all applicants must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

• Applicants must have a credit score of 650 or higher.

• If a co-applicant’s credit score is below 650, their income cannot be counted toward the required minimum combined gross income.

• Each resident over the age of 18 must complete and submit a separate rental application.

Please keep in mind that being added to the waiting list does not guarantee apartment availability or rental approval. When an apartment becomes available, all applicants will be subject to the property’s standard application and screening requirements.
